Senior Network & System Administrator

Jaipur | Full Time
Experience : 4-6 Years

Skills Required:

  • Hands-on experience with CISCO switches, SonicWall, Ruckus Wi-Fi, and cloud/domain controllers.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Ubuntu, macOS, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and load balancing techniques.
  • Experience with M365, G Suite administration, and virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Strong understanding of network security, VLANs, and firewall configurations.
  • Certifications like CCNA, CCNP and scripting skills (PowerShell) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage CISCO Layer 3 & Layer 2 switches, Ruckus Enterprise Wi-Fi, and SonicWall firewalls.
  • Administer Symantec Endpoint Protection, M365, G Suite, and domain controllers (on-prem/cloud).
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, ensure data security, and troubleshoot network issues across Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS.
  • Manage file servers, IT asset inventory, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Handle AWS Workspace, RDP, VPN, and BitLocker issues.
  • Participate in ISO/SOC audits and ensure IT policy compliance.
  • Lead IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Oversee IT budget, vendor management, and assess new hardware/software.
